Annual Van Abels Chicken Ride

A hearty bunch pulled out of Fleet Farm East and headed to Hollandtown, via the scenic route for our annual Van Abel's ride. Pat & Barb Williams led the group of 13 out of town on a hot, humid Sunday. We hit a brief rainfall halfway through the ride but the rest of the way we dodged the heavy rain and the temps cooled off after the rain. Two more met us at Van Abel's where we feasted on chicken, salads, stuffing, mashed potatoes, vegetables and more. Of course, we could not turn down dessert.

It was another fun Sunday with the Chapter and friends.
